In 2 Kings 5 we read of Naaman a great and very successful man, yet he was afflicted with leprosy, then we find a nobody a young slave girl from Israel carrying a conviction in her heart, that if only this great man could meet the man of God all would change.

Naaman eventually goes to see Elisha but is offended by him and intends to leave yet he is encouraged to do as the prophet commands and dips himself into the Jordan 7 times and receives his healing.

It seems that God had to deal with Naaman’s attitude before his healing was released.

So today ask yourself this question, what could be blocking my break through? Is it pride, which was probably Naamans issue or maybe unforgiveness or something else. What ever it is don’t allow it to hinder you blessing come and lay it at the cross. Naaman came 7 times if you have stood at the alter before that’s all right come again.

Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words.
