Restoration

…And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.                                                                                                                                              Jas 5:15

Healing is significantly more than just dealing with a physical aliment. Often there are beliefs actions and behaviors that have over time contributed to our state and have underscored our lives.

It is those contributing factors that the Lord longs to deal with in our lives so that our function as Christians isn’t limited in any way.

Does God desire to heal us in a physical sense? Yes absolutely, but He is also concerned with our spiritual state, as we continue to read in James we find that out of our healing flows a life of righteousness that is compared to Elijah.

That’s what flows from our healing, it’s not just physical, or emotional state but spiritual, our spiritual healing is unto a life of righteous peace and joy in the Holy Spirit

for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.                                                                                                                                                                            Rom 14:17
