“HE WHO DARES WINS”

Or perhaps you may say “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” In life there is always a need to take a risk with someone or something.

Jesus said “Don’t hoard treasure down here where it gets eaten by moths and corroded by rust or–worse!–stolen by burglars. Stockpile treasure in heaven, where it’s safe from moth and rust and burglars.”

In other words, take a risk with the things of the Spirit, pray for that person you have just spent over an hour with drinking coffee. Yes, show your colours, and nail them to the mast.

Life is a risk. So how should we react? If something involves a risk of failure, why do it? Why not just do nothing? Again the answer is simple: If you try something, you risk failure, but if you don’t try anything, you guarantee failure.
1Samuel  14:6   Then Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armour, “Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the LORD will work for us. For nothing restrains the LORD from saving by many or by few.”
