Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. Amos 3:7.

Because it’s not found in the obeying of God as much as it is in the hearing of God, we can obey His word and live an honorable and commendable life, but the essence of Christianity is in the hearing so we can remain in tune with the now of God.

I believe we are coming into a time of great acceleration, a time where the speed and control of the past  and present will not give us the model for tomorrow, we will have to trust more than ever before in the Holy Spirit in the lives of others, any sense of micro management or control will hinder the advancement of what God desires to do. We will begin to see the presence and power of God in the many rather than the few and the need to deregulate our process’s will become imperative. As churches we must position ourselves for what is going to take place.
