Your Influence

This is who you are! Acts 5:15 “..so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them.”

Whose expectation was greater, Peter’s or the populous? Or you and those around you?
Jesus said we will do greater things than He did. So I wonder have we lowered our expectation to now think that it would be impossible as a Christian to ever have that kind of influence.
Peter’s shadow was formed as He walked towards the sun (Son). It was Christ that produced his shadow; it was that that people longed to get into.
These signs will follow those who believe – what follows us? The consequence of Christ in us and our continual pursuit of Him that produces a shadow that shifts and changes our environment to such a degree that people become attracted to us? No – attracted to Christ in us.
